03. Fees & billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise. Fees are described on your order or strategy call.
04. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information and for the content and claims you ask us to publish.
05. Intellectual property
You own your brand and content. We retain rights to our underlying platform and tooling.
06. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as described in your service agreement.
07. Termination
Either party may end the engagement per the notice period in your plan. This section is finalised on legal review.
