01. Monthly plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled with the notice period stated in your agreement. You retain access through the end of the paid period.
02. Setup and one-time work
One-time build work (such as a website) is quoted separately. Refund eligibility on completed work is described in your order.
03. Hardware
Physical items such as charging systems and cards follow the return terms provided at purchase.
04. How to request
Email hello@aurelia.systems with your business name and the plan or invoice in question and we'll walk you through it.
